…you’re sure of a big surprise.
Hope everyone has a great holiday weekend. And, stay away from the woods, k? It’s grumpy out there.

…but I’ve always been a fan of crazy slippers. Speaking of crazy, you can read a production update on the HorrorCon blog if you click here.
Er…
The above photo was taken at Sunset Beach in Cape May, NJ, some time in the 1950s. It’s the same beach where the HorrorCon crew will be shooting a few scenes at the end of next month. If you would still like to buy the film a beer, go here! A few bucks from a bunch of friends is our aim. Teaser trailer coming soon!
If you look closely, you can see no fewer than three children playing in what we used to call “the outdoors”. Believe it or not, real estate beyond the walls of one’s home was actually considered a place kids wanted to be. In fact, sometimes it was hard to get them back in! They even moved their legs of their own accord and risked being out of breath without the aid of obesity! And I bet the entire cost of the activity you see above was less than fifty bucks…if you didn’t count the occasional band-aid. What’s more, the only time it got “old”, or needed to be “updated” was when you grew the hell up and got a job!
